Email hola@tecnicora.com. Include the organization, approximate time, affected screen/provider, expected result and safe error text. Never send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, recovery codes or complete database URLs. Private-beta response and resolution times are not guaranteed unless your signed agreement defines them.
Billing and estimates
The Usage screen records provider-reported model input, cached input, reasoning, output and total tokens by model. X operations use the unit price saved with each event to produce a tenant-attributed estimate. These figures support forecasting and audit but are not a provider invoice.
- Run representative test days.
- Calculate average tokens and X operations per refresh.
- Multiply by accounts, refreshes and days.
- Add margin for retries, calibration and changing source volume.
- Use the written offer/order form for chargeable prices, allowances, currency, taxes and payment terms.
Portal controls
- Revoke sessions and remove/deactivate members in Team and Security.
- Disconnect X and Notion authorizations in Connections.
- Revoke Claude/ChatGPT MCP tokens in AI Connectors.
- Exclude synchronized sources in Knowledge and pause automatic publishing in Publishing.
Verified lifecycle requests
For access/export, correction, restriction, objection, deletion/cancellation, organization closure or consent withdrawal, email support from the account address. State the organization, request and affected data. Tecnicora may verify identity and authority before acting. Full export and organization deletion are currently handled manually; the portal does not yet claim self-service completion.
Deletion can be limited or delayed when data must be retained for security, legal claims, invoices, statutory records or another lawful obligation. Connected providers may also retain data under the customer's separate relationship with them.
Escalation
For a suspected security incident, put “Security” in the subject. For privacy/ARCO rights, put “Privacy request” or “Solicitud ARCO.” For billing, identify the billing period and questioned operation without sending secrets.
