Terms of service

The rules for using the OutcomeCraft private beta.

1. Agreement and beta status

These terms apply when you access OutcomeCraft Social. If your organization signs an order form, data-processing addendum or other agreement with Tecnicora, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these online terms. OutcomeCraft is currently a private beta: features, limits and availability may change.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding business agreement and be authorized by your organization. Keep account and MFA credentials confidential, use individual accounts, maintain accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. An invitation is personal to its intended email recipient.

3. Customer content and permissions

You retain rights in content and knowledge you provide. You grant Tecnicora the limited permission needed to host, process, transform and transmit that material to provide, secure and support the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to submit it and to connect each X, Notion, Google or AI account.

4. AI output and publishing

Generated posts, replies, scores and recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are drafts, not professional advice. You must review facts, rights, confidentiality, brand suitability and platform compliance. You control whether content is published and remain responsible for published content. Replies are not automatically published under the current product design.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; harass or deceive people; publish unlawful, infringing or confidential material; distribute malware; bypass access controls or rate limits; probe another tenant; extract credentials; impersonate others; manipulate civic processes; or use connected data beyond the permissions granted by its owner and provider.

6. Providers and availability

The service depends on providers including X, OpenAI, Google, Notion, Fly.io and Neon. Their outages, policy changes, rate limits and account actions can affect OutcomeCraft. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, no uptime or response-time SLA is offered during the private beta.

7. Fees and usage

Prices, allowances and payment terms are defined in the applicable order form or written offer. Portal model-token and X API figures are operational estimates; provider invoices and the agreed billing method control. Retries, calibration, source volume, account count and refresh frequency can change usage. See billing guidance.

8. Suspension and termination

Tecnicora may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, respond to security risk, prevent abuse or address material non-payment or breach. Either party may end the beta as allowed by the applicable agreement. Before termination, request any needed export through support. Data handling after termination follows the agreement and privacy notice.

9. Confidentiality and feedback

Each party must protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. If you provide product feedback, Tecnicora may use it without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and except as stated in a signed agreement, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tecnicora does not warrant that generated content is accurate, unique, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose. Liability limitations and governing law are those in the applicable signed agreement; mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted. Contact hola@tecnicora.com with questions.
